Minimal counter-list app. Add named counters and tally them up or down.

What it is

A tiny static demo: add named counters, increment/decrement each, remove them. Used to prove a brand-new project can feed straight into qa.ninja.

Setup

1.Open the test URL in a browser.

Test tasks

1.Add a few counters and increment / decrement them; confirm the happy path works.
2.Try clicking Add without typing a counter name, and note what happens.
3.Add counters A, B, C in order; click + on C twice; then Remove A; then click + once on the top remaining row and check whether its count changed by exactly 1.
4.Remove a counter and confirm the correct one disappears.

Empty counter names are accepted

Steps: 1. Leave the 'Counter name' field empty (type nothing). 2. Click 'Add'.
Expected: The app refuses to add a nameless counter, or shows a validation message like 'Please enter a name'.
Actual: A new row is added with no name (shows '(no name)') and a working +/- counter, exactly like a real entry.

Steps: 1. Run the Stage 4 watcher in --once mode. 2. POST this finding to the findings API. 3. Run the watcher again.
Expected: The watcher detects exactly this new finding and prints a readable block.
